Dana brings over two decades of experience in online education, instructional design, and education policy. As the driving force behind ElevanaED. Dana has worked to expand access to quality learning for K-12, Adult Learners, incarcerated youth, marginalized communities, and underserved students across the U.S. and internationally in over 27 countries. She is a champion of immersive learning, equity-centered design, and educational reintegration pathways. Dana is also a lead strategist behind ElevanaED’s global expansion and innovation with VR, AR, and AI integration. Dana has devoted her career to expanding educational access for underserved, marginalized, and justice-involved youth.
Under Dana’s leadership, ElevanaED has evolved from a bold idea into a Learning Management System that harnesses AI-driven personalization, immersive VR learning, and career-aligned certification pathways to deliver meaningful, real-world education. Her unwavering focus on whole-child development, inclusive design, and equity-centered innovation has positioned ElevanaED as a leader in transforming how—and for whom—learning happens.
Dana is also the founder of American High School, where she pioneered online education models tailored to at-risk youth, incarcerated students, and non-traditional learners. Her work has helped thousands of students earn high school diplomas, access career training, and reenter society with dignity and purpose.

Dana holds advanced degrees in education, leadership, and instructional design, and is known for her relentless drive, empathetic leadership, and strategic foresight. As CEO of ElevanaED, she continues to push boundaries, ensuring that the future of learning is accessible, immersive, and empowering for every student.
