As Chief Operating Officer of ElevanaED, Christina Fulmore brings a dynamic blend of strategic vision, operational excellence, and a deep commitment to educational equity. With more than 10 years of leadership experience in private K–12 education, Christina is responsible for aligning ElevanaED’s day-to-day operations with its mission to deliver transformative, technology-powered learning experiences to every student.

Christina oversees the full spectrum of school operations—including finance, human resources, campus management, admissions, compliance, and digital infrastructure—ensuring that systems are not only efficient but also reflective of the school’s student-first philosophy. She has led initiatives that streamlined enrollment and tuition systems, implemented scalable tech integrations, and fortified policies that prioritize safety, inclusion, and instructional continuity.

Known for her collaborative leadership style and meticulous attention to detail, Christina has been instrumental in guiding ElevanaED’s growth during pivotal moments, including the launch of its virtual campus and the adoption of AI and VR tools that enhance personalized learning. She is an advocate for operational models that support whole-child development, teacher empowerment, and family engagement.
